Why I love this solution: Changing the meat industry to either cell-based or plant-based meat is probably the cost/effective/time to impact way to reduce GHGs.

  • There are several plant-based meat substitutes that I have tried. Beyond meat is the best so far. The faster this get scaled up the faster we reduce meat's impact. In the longer run, cell-based meat will have even less environmental total impact and will get those who only want pure meat.
