Why I love this solution: It is socially sustainable as well as environmentally sustainable. Indigenous communities are stewards of the land and have extensive knowledge about the functioning of their local environments. The voices of indigenous people are often ignored within the climate discussion, yet they are the leading members for sustainable living.
