Description: Amazon Planet was founded in 2010 with the mission to preserve the Amazon Rainforest through Ecotourism, protecting 45ha of forest land, supporting conservation projects of the Taricaya Ecoreserve within the Tambopata National Reserve and giving a sustainable livelihood to local families as alternative to the so destructive goldming and slash and burn agriculture. Through nature immersion, education and collaboration we actively support and raise awareness about the importance of saving the Amazon rainforest for human and planetary wellbeing.
